We've been in the Valley answering for our work since 2013, and the warranty is how we put that on paper. If something we did fails within ten years, we make it right.
How it works
A warranty visit, start to finish
You call or message us with what you're seeing. We pull up your job records, come out, and inspect. If the issue traces to our workmanship, we schedule the fix and it costs you nothing. If it traces to something else, storm damage, a manufacturer defect, or simple wear, we tell you exactly that, show you the photos, and lay out your options, including the manufacturer claim when that's the right path.
Either way you get a straight answer from the company that built the roof and is still here, ten minutes from Cortland's town square, to stand behind it.

What does the 10-year labor warranty actually cover?
Our workmanship: if something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right at no cost to you, for ten years from completion.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my house?
Yes. Ask us when you sell and we'll document the transfer for the new owner. A transferable roof warranty is a genuine selling point for your home.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call or message us with your address and what you're seeing. We look up the job, come inspect, and if it's on us, we fix it. No forms, no fees, no runaround.
