When an inspection makes sense
After a big storm. Before you buy or sell a house. When the roof turns fifteen and you start wondering. When a ceiling shows a faint stain you want to believe is nothing. These are all good reasons, and none of them obligates you to anything.
An honest inspection catches small problems while they are still small: a lifted flashing, a cracked boot, a handful of aging fasteners. Fixing those early costs a little. Finding them two winters later costs a lot.

How long does an inspection take?
Usually 45 minutes to an hour on site, depending on roof size and attic access. You don't need to be home, but you're welcome to walk it with us.
Is it really free? What is the catch?
Really free, no obligation. Some inspections turn into work for us. Most don't. Either way the report is yours, and you'll know who to call when the roof does need something.
What do I get afterward?
A written condition summary with photos: what is sound, what needs watching, and what needs attention now, with honest priorities instead of a sales pitch.
